Index Description

Data comes from years 2012-2014. We combine here two aspects of the internet related to liberty: censorship and governmental espionage. They affect freedom in different ways. We do not dispute whether the bigger problem is censorship or routine and unjustified violation of privacy. Both are directed against freedom.
